We are making some changes to the way we sell our tickets. Our new partnership with Gigantic tickets will allow us to bring in more exciting new acts and boost our sales, to ensure we continue to give our customers the best live music experience possible!

Here is an overview of the changes you can expect – this transition process has started already, and will be complete by 31/07/2024.

Your account and data

1. As of the 31st July 2024, you will no longer have a Drill account; instead all tickets we sell will go through Gigantic. In order to purchase tickets, you will need a Gigantic account – registering is easy to do on their website, and you’ll be able to get to the registration page from our website too!

2. If you have opted in to receive email marketing from The Drill, you will continue to do so. We will hold your data safely and securely and use it to send emails tailored to your interests, just as we have been doing already. You can always opt out of this using the ‘unsubscribe’ link in our emails.

3. We will not be sharing your data with any third parties, including Gigantic. If we ever need to transfer your data, we will tell you and give you the option to opt out.

How to book

1. Tickets can be purchased online for all the events that we list on our website.

2. We will no longer be able to take payments for tickets over the phone due to the fraud risk associated with over-the-phone payments.

3. We will not be able to reserve tickets as all bookings must be made directly with Gigantic and payment must be made to secure tickets.

4. You will be able to buy tickets at the venue box office, both on the door before a show (provided it is not sold out) and for future events. Please note we are a cashless venue and we are only able to accept card payments.

5. If you have any questions about events and booking, you can email us at boxoffice@lincolndrill.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.

6. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, but we are partnered with Twickets, which offers face value fan-to-fan resale. You can find out more information on their website, We are no longer offering account credit.

Booking fees

1. All tickets are subject to a 10% booking fee, and each transaction is subject to a £1 transaction fee. This is to cover the operational costs of a box office and the ticketing system. All fees are non-refundable.

2. Gigantic offers an optional ticket protection plan on some events. You can find out more about this at gigantic.com/ticketplan.

Carer tickets

1. If you require an essential companion to accompany you to events, please email the box office any supporting documents you have as proof of disability and we will issue a carer ticket.
