Local Sessions with The Faith Estate + Silverstate + Jocelyn

+Back to Mono DJs until late

East Midlands six-piece The Faith Estate bring their hypnotic mix of psych-rock, post-punk and vintage swagger to The Drill for a night of raw, immersive sound. Drawing influence from icons like The Fall, The Stooges, The Velvet Underground, Television and The Doors, their music also channels modern psych energy from The Brian Jonestown Massacre and The Coral.

Their latest single “Heaven” has been praised for its “stomping energy and psychedelic flair,” combining mind-bending melodies, urgent vocals and a wild, fairground-style finale that leaves audiences reeling. With singer Rhys Turner delivering a tuneful yet fiery performance reminiscent of Mark E. Smith, The Faith Estate are fast becoming one of the most exciting new acts to watch.

In support are the excellent Silverstate, a four-piece indie/hard rock band from Lincolnshire, known for combining melodic songwriting with driving riffs and a distinctive edge.

Their sound moves seamlessly between bright, uplifting indie tones and heavier, grittier rock moments, creating a set that feels both dynamic and cohesive. Recommended for fans of Queens of the Stone Age, Kings of Leon, and The Strokes.

Further support comes from Jocelyn, a soulful, jazz-infused upcoming artist who based her roots in South Africa and moved to the UK to pursue her music career. Her live performances make use of rhythmic guitar and her warm melodies are the styles of Bossa Nova.

Join us for a night of live music, local talent, and late-night grooves with Back to Mono DJs keeping the energy high until late.
