There is no Transaction fee when you book directly with The Drill.
From Autumn 2022 tickets priced at £10 or more may qualify for a Restoration Levy of £1 per ticket to help maintain our historic building. This will be included in the face value of your ticket so you’ll always know what you are paying and why.
Why is this necessary?
The Drill is old and in need of constant support for its upkeep. On many shows, for every ten pound you spend, after VAT is removed and the artists are paid, we may only retain as little as £1.66 – not nearly enough to meed the demands of our building. A Restoration Levy allows a venue to ringfence a proportion of the ticket cost to spend on the upkeep of the building before splitting the remainder with the artist.
