JOEY PAGE
Whilst initially hoping to be a wrestler, dinosaur, or spaceman, Joey Page became a standup comedian over a decade and is now one of the most popular surreal comedians.
His career has been studded with four and five-star reviews from the likes of The Scotsman,
The Australian Times, and The Edinburgh Fringe Review. With a host of award nominations,
including Best Comedy 2018 Perth Fringe, Best Show at Brighton Fringe Awards 2017, and
the 2007 Malcolm Hardy Award for Comic Originality, Joey has become an in-demand TV
personality.
In 2025, Joey supported Rob Beckett, Laura Smyth, and Lloyd Griffith on tour and wrapped
his debut UK tour, Nice One, at the Rik Mayall Comedy Festival. He also appeared on
TalkSport and fronted a national MECCA Bingo ad campaign.

JULES O’BRIAN
Brummie based Jules performs around the country, telling anyone who will listen about
ageing disgracefully, body hang–ups, parenting, and dating. This former teacher’s relaxed,
chatty style, crowd interaction and warmth, all served with a sardonic wit, make her a
natural crowd pleaser.
Jules was nominated for the Birmingham Comedy Festival Breaking Talent award in 2022,
and was shortlisted for Funny Women 2023.
She performs her one woman show, “Avoid excessive cleavage (and other advice to
ignore)” at comedy festivals, and gives talks about having embarked on her comedy career
as an older woman, to various groups.

OMAR BADAWY
Originally from Egypt, Omar started stand up in 2019 and, in his first year (+global
pandemic), went on to win the prestigious ‘So You Think You’re Funny’ award at the
Edinburgh Fringe. He talks about his encounters with strange school friends, football fans
and EDL-badge-wearing bouncers, providing unique insight from a childhood moving from
Egypt to Wales to Cambridge.
“Omar Badawy is already a consummate pro. The slick routine boasts distinctive jokes and is
delivered with a winning poise and calmness.” – Steve Bennett, Chortle.

MC JON PEARSON
Jon began standup comedy in 2011, with his first performance at Birmingham's Highlight
Comedy Club.
Two successful Edinburgh shows later,
and 5 years working the UK comedy circuit, Jon is now regularly found at the biggest and
best comedy clubs across the UK including The Glee Club, The Comedy Store and
Jongleurs, both as an act and a compere
