Where is the event taking place?
Harewood House Trust, Harewood, Leeds LS17 9LG
What are the opening times for the Main Event?
12:00 – 23:00 pm | Last Entry – 16:30 pm
Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?
There are no pass outs at Goodlife Festival at Harewood House.
How old do I need to be to attend and will I need ID?
You will need to be 18 or Older. We operate a challenge-25 policy upon Entry and at All Bars, if you look younger than 25, please bring ID.
Can I bring a bag? Yes, you can bring a small bag, this will be searched upon entry (We class small bags as no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm). We do not allow large bags into the event.
Can I bring in flags or banners? You can’t bring flags or banners. Laser Pens are also not permitted.
Can we bring suncream with us? Yes, but no glass bottles.
Can we bring Perfume / Deodorant? Glass Bottles / Aerosols are Banned. Roll On Deodorant is fine.
Is there anywhere to charge my phone?
This is something that we are working on for now and will keep you updated if this becomes available.
Is there anywhere I can leave my belongings?

Can I bring food & drink into the Festival?
No food, drink or alcohol is permitted into the Festival area. There will be food and drink available to purchase on site. Free drinking water will be available. Bag-checks will be in place on entry.
Can I bring an umbrella into the Festival?
Small umbrellas are permitted, but we ask that you please be considerate of other audience members nearby and behind you.
Can I bring seating into the Festival?
Camping chairs and deckchairs are NOT permitted into the Festival. Blankets are ok, loungers, inflatable seating, gazebos, tables and other structures are also NOT permitted.
Can I bring a camera into the Festival?
The use of small/hand-held cameras for personal use is permitted. Drones or medium-large camera set ups are not permitted at the festival unless authorized.
Is there a Dress Code?
It’s a Festival style event, go wild!

Will you be releasing the Set Times?
All Set times will be released on the week of the event.
Can I Purchase Tickets on the day for Goodlife Festival?
Tickets usually sell out in advance so we strongly advise purchasing your ticket prior to the event day to avoid disappointment.
Can I have a refund or exchange on my tickets for this event?
Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including illness travel disruption etc. - the only resins for refunds will be if the event is cancelled or postponed.
Is The Event Outside?
This is an outdoor, open-air event. Please check the forecast beforehand to dress appropriately according to the weather. Please come prepared with whatever you need for the day as you cannot leave and re-enter the festival. No refunds will be provided due to unfavorable weather conditions.
TRAVEL & PARKING
How do I get to the event?
Please follow directions for Harewood House- Once approaching the event site, please switch off your sat nav and follow directional event signage, event stewards will also be in position to guide you on to site safely.
Where is the nearest car park to Harewood House?

Will there be a Coach drop off/pick up point at Harewood House?
We are offering Coach services to and from the site, Parking and Travel Tickets can be purchased via our event page on Skiddle – this will provide you with pick-up and drop-off locations as well as departure times.
Will there be a drop-off system on-site?
A regulated Drop-off system with a one-way turning circle will be in place outside the main festival entrance.
Can I leave my vehicle on-site overnight?
There are no facilities to leave your vehicle on site after the event ends, all vehicles must be recovered.

Will there be Food & Drink available?
We have a fully stocked bar offering: Beers, Ciders, Spirits, Cocktails as well as Non-Alcoholic alternatives & Soft Drinks, free drinking water Is also available.
We have a wide selection of award-winning festival food vendors for you to choose from. The selection will be available to view nearer to the time of the event.
Do you cater for allergies/intolerances?
Yes, we cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. We still strongly recommend that you check menu’s before purchasing any food.
I have a condition and require medication with me?
Any form of prescribed medication, or controlled drug will have to be pre-approved and documented for lawful use before attending the event – for more information please email [email protected]. Unless this is clearly evidenced to the events team, this will not be allowed to be brought into the event.

There will be a designated area for blue badge holders within the festival car park, located as close to the event arena entrance as possible. For accessibility parking passes. Please contact and email proof to [email protected]
Are Service Dogs Permitted?
Unfortunately, no animals are permitted into the event arena, except for registered guidance & assistance dogs.

How Old Do I Have To Be To Attend This Event?
This event is strictly 18+ only, we operate challenge 25 on this festival site so please bring ID with you.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online via www.goodlife-festival.co.uk or via See Tickets / UNVRS / Gigantic
I have a query regarding purchasing tickets / my already purchased tickets, who should I speak to?
For any questions regarding your tickets, you'll need to contact New Vision Events at [email protected] and their team will be able to help.
Tickets will be dispatched by your ticket platform you purchase with which will be ether Skiddle / See Tickets / Gigantic / Ticket Web. You must bring your tickets on the day to gain access to the event.
How much are tickets?
Ticket prices range from £39.50+bf - £49.50+bf for general admission and from £80+bf for VIP.
What time do car parks/doors open?
Car parks and doors open from 1pm. Car parking is available to be prepurchased per car
What time does the event start and finish?
The festival will start at 1pm and finish at 11pm.
Is this event outdoors?
This is an outdoor, open air event. Please check the forecast beforehand to dress appropriately for the weather.
If it rains, will the event still go ahead?
We can rely on the British weather to be unpredictable, so please come prepared with sunscreen and hats or waterproof coats and shoes if required. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

There will be different entrance gates to the site. Please switch off your satnav as you get close to Harewood and follow the directional event signage.
Where is the nearest car park?
Free car parking is available on site and please follow the directions of parking stewards on arrival. There will be no parking in Harewood village and no-waiting cones will be deployed and enforced.
Will there be a shuttle service available to get to the event?

Will there be a drop off/pick up point?
There will be a signposted designated drop off and pick up point. On arrival, please enter via the Main Arch entrance to Harewood off the A61 in the centre of Harewood village. There will be a dedicated pick up and drop off point located close to the event arena. There will be clear signage providing directions to this area, so please advise your driver to follow these. Please book any taxis in advance and ask them to be on site prior to the festival finishing to avoid any delays on departure. We suggest exchanging contact details with your driver to ensure you can locate each other at the end of the evening. There will be no-waiting cones deployed in Harewood village which will be enforced.
I have a blue badge, where can I park?
There will be a designated area for blue badge holders within the event car park as close to the event arena as possible. Please note all parking is on grass.
Will I be able to go back to my car during the concert?
There is no re-admission after entry, so please plan ahead and bring everything with you that you'll require for the duration of the event.
Can I leave my vehicle at Harewood overnight?
There is no facility to leave your vehicle on site after the event, all vehicles must be removed.
Where is the nearest train station?
Leeds or Harrogate. Taxis and bus connections are available.
Can I purchase tickets on the day?
Unfortunately tickets will not be available to purchase on the day, so please make sure you purchase your tickets in advance to avoid any disappointment.
Can I have a refund or exchange on my tickets?
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled.
Can I bring a banner?
No banners, flags or laser pens are permitted.
Are service dogs permitted?

I'm a Harewood member, do I receive any discount on my ticket?
As this event is organised via an external promoter, unfortunately there are no discounts available to Harewood members.
