Age Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, all standing gigs are 14+, and under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Seated events may vary. Some gigs and comedy events will be strictly 18+, and this will be stated on the event page.

Timings (Music gigs)

The auditorium doors usually open between 7 and 7.30pm – this will be stated on your ticket. The doors to the building and bar will be open an hour before then.

Taking your seats (Theatre Events)

Doors usually open for seating from about 15 minutes before the performance starts. Sometimes we have to ask late comers to wait until a suitable break in the performance, and with certain events it might not be possible for late comers to enter at all, to minimise or prevent disruption to the performance. We will only delay or refuse admission when it’s absolutely necessary. Please remember to switch off your mobile phone before the show begins.
